One night me and a group of friends were standing outside of the restaurant "The Vortex" in Atlanta, GA and this man, Phillip Quinones, walked up to us. He noticed my camera and started to tell us about how he had never had his photo taken. He also mentioned that he had not seen his family in years. Phillip asked me to take his photo and post it online so that his family will know he is alive and doing well. He did not once ask us for money, but just continued to talk to us in this most genuine way. I have no idea if what he told us was true or not, but I am hoping for the best for Phillip and that this could possibly help spread to his family so that they will know he is okay.
